T-Bouts Tennis is for Clubs and/or organizations who want to produce more activity at their clubs or facilities that will give reason for more people want to belong to the

club and keep them coming back for years to come. It was delveloped by a Life time tennis professional and owner of a club who saw how dificult it was and is to

keep members when other tennis activities promote non co-heasive activities and leagues, making it more difficult for the grass root producers and promoters of .

tennis to stay in the mainstream and provide the leadership tennis needs, along with strong tennis pro's and owners that provide enthusiasm for the sport.

T-Bouts Explanation

Home Page

Names of individual players linked to their e-mail address. Also their name, e-mail addresses, and phone numbers are listed in the comment field

listed next to their names. Mouse over the number next to their names and this information is readily available

Score Performance - Total points, wins, losses, and winning/losing percentage are shown for entire group.

Links on the Scoresheet page

ABOUT - This describes and gives information to each player as to when and how the rotation is being played and gives information on the

particular rotation along with other pertinent info each player needs to know.

Point Scoring - This page describe how points are distributed in a match. How much for each game, set, and matches, etc.

Report a Score - This page takes detailed info from the players and is sent automatically to Silver Fox Tennis for posting

or questoins can be asked by use of this e-mail link.

Prizes - This page lists the prizes that will be given for this rotation.

Videol Tennis Tips - This link shows basic instruction of tennis. The main focus is on education and promotion of the club using the

T-'Bouts system.

Individual Pictures of each player in the group - These pictures are for visual reference only, so all players can see and recognize

everyone in the group.

Name Tabs at the bottom of the page. - At the bottom of this page, there are nametabs. To see a particular persons results click on their

nametab. This shows who each player has played and who each player has not played and shows individual match scores. It also tells you who

you play each week and dates that you are scheduled to play other opponents.

As you can see, T-Bouts is easy to manuever and scoring could not be easier. We have set this system up so that club pro's and owners will have

opportunity to hold these events at their clubs and benefit from having a strong program that is flexible and not create any extra work for

themselves. There is no internet expense to you whatsoever. Also, these events can be held in singles, doubles, or mixed doubles and the

results can be seen easily on the web 24/7. Also, the rotations are flexible and can hold as few as 8 and up to many more. Flexibility and support

is what we offer working with the individual pro's and owners keeping the system up and running smoothly and comfortably.
